Shipping & Returns

At aura + form, our panels are securely packed using a double-wall recycled cardboard shipping carton. Each carton contains 2 panels and weighs approx. 20 lbs. Dimensions are: 95”(L) x 11.5”(W) x 4”(H).

We offer standard ground shipping with Purolator to customers within Canada. Shipping charges vary depending on the size of the order, shipment method and delivery location. 

At the time of checkout, the shipping charges are calculated and shown on the invoice. For larger orders of 10+ cartons / 40+ panels please get in touch to discuss shipping rates.

Panels are finished to order with an estimated production time of 7 days. Estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected and delivery location. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

At aura + form, we strive to provide high-quality products that exceed your expectations. We do not offer refunds unless there is something wrong with the product. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem.
